The Gulf CC provides technical support and consultation services to the Bureau of Standards and Instructional Support (BSIS) and the Just Read, Florida! Office at the Florida Department of Education to build their capacity to conduct reviews of elementary reading and mathematics intervention programs based on ESSA Levels of Evidence as per House Bill 7039 of the 2024 Florida Legislature.
