Building Better PL: How to Strengthen Teacher Learning

Identified features and formats include peer collaboration, coaching, and follow-up meetings. Brief authors encouraged targeting subject-specific instructional practices, prioritizing practice-supportive materials, and delivering more professional learning focused on relationships with students.
