Bradley Roberson
Bradley Roberson is the superintendent of the Oxford School District in Oxford, Mississippi, where he has served in various leadership roles over his 24-year career in public education. A champion of continuous improvement, Bradley has built his superintendency on two core principles: utilizing improvement science to enhance systems and developing a community-based accountability model that prepares students for college, career, and life. Under his leadership, the district has achieved notable gains in academic performance, school culture, and career technical education enrollment, while implementing innovative initiatives like standards-based learning across all grade levels and the Redefining Ready: PreK to Professional framework.
Bradley was recently recognized as a Superintendent to Watch by the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) for his exemplary work in continuous improvement and communication. His commitment to improvement science extends beyond his district. As the program coordinator for the National Center for School-University Partnerships, he works with districts across Mississippi and the nation to solve pressing educational challenges.
