Daniel Mangialomini
Daniel Mangialomini provides project management assistance on 10+ contracts and grants that have been awarded to RMC Research Corporation totaling over $10MM. This includes the utilization of the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK Guide as the main reference for the management of these projects. Mr. Mangialomini’s use of these resources ensures that each project team is initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed in accordance with stakeholder satisfaction and delivered on schedule.
Mr. Mangialomini’s expertise and experience in government, administration, and finance projects have given him the opportunity to showcase his project management skills at RMC. The management of RMC projects includes budget management, staff allocations and time monitoring, resource and procurement, and stakeholder involvement with each project. Through the use of the Project Management Institute’s guidelines, he uses the most up-to-date procedures and technology to accomplish these goals. Mr. Managialomini ensures that stakeholders are engaged and communicated of all changes that occur during the project lifecycle.
