Jonathon Lee
Jonathon Lee is the Business Office Manager for RMC Research Corporation’s Tampa office. Jonathon is a program management professional with over 15 years of experience supporting complex projects, grants, and organizational initiatives across education, research, staffing, and compliance-focused environments. He supports project management and budget oversight for more than 15 contracts and grants while ensuring projects are executed in alignment with stakeholders and funding requirements. Previously, he spent over a decade at Marzano Resources as a program manager, leading the development of the High Reliability Schools and High Reliability Teacher programs, which were implemented in over 2,000 schools nationwide and generated more than $5 million in annual revenue.
Additionally, Mr. Lee is working on finalizing a book “Becoming a High Reliability Teacher” with Dr. Robert J. Marzano et al., that is expected to be released in August 2026.
EDUCATION: He holds a B.A. in business administration and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. (concentration in project management) from the University of Southern Indiana with an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2026.
