Monica Yudron
Monica Yudron, Ed.D., is a Research Associate at RMC, bringing over 20 years of expertise in education workforce development, adult learning, and systems change management.
Previously serving as senior project director and research scientist at AnLar, LLC, Dr. Yudron designed and implemented numerous statewide leadership academies and workforce development initiatives in partnership with education agencies across Massachusetts, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Texas. This work included creation of instructional leadership programs for early education center directors, mentorship programs for educators, and systems-level policy reform.
Dr. Yudron has evaluated preschool expansion programs, conducted needs-sensing research for policy development, and created comprehensive implementation frameworks for state education systems. In addition, she has held positions at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, including director of Programs and Strategy for the Saul E. Zaentz Early Education Initiative, and served as technical advisor to Mexico’s National Institute for Educational Evaluation.
EDUCATION: Ed.D. in human development and education and M.Ed. in prevention science and practice from Harvard Graduate School of Education; degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Purdue University
